Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oribe purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original Oribe packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original packing slip if available.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
